All finishes are done to Australian Standards with inhouse testing on all jobs for sandblasting, powder coating and plastic coating.
Plastic coating in operation for over 30 years, electrostatic powder coating for over 12 years, we now have a sandblasting facility available. This allows us to provide the best possible quality of finish for powder coating.
AWI has 2 individual powder coating facilities with the capacity to handle all powder finishing requirements. We maintain a staff of knowledgeable, experienced powder coating professionals. We are able to provide any colour, texture, or protection.
One plant is used for continuous mass volume parts with complete in line phosphate pre-treatment system.
The second plant is one batch conveyorised used for heavy or one off items, with longer heating or cooling time.
We provide finishing applications to numerous quality endorsed companies proving our systems meet the highest standards and expectations.
